Nourish and Surrender: A Yin Yoga Journey A Special Good Friday Workshop April 18th 7.15pm Join us for an evening of deep nourishment, surrender, and profound restoration in this special yin yoga workshop. Good Friday is a time of reflection, release, and renewal—a symbolic gateway into transformation. In this practice, we invite the body to soften, the breath to deepen, and the mind to quieten, creating space for profound surrender. Through long-held postures, we allow the muscles to relax and the deeper layers of the body to unwind, gently dissolving tension and resistance. With each breath, we nourish ourselves from within, restoring balance, resilience, and a sense of deep inner connection. Yin teaches us that true strength lies in our ability to let go—to trust in stillness, to surrender to gravity, and to receive support fully. As we linger in postures designed to open the body slowly and intentionally, we awaken the wisdom that comes from deep receptivity. This is a practice of listening—to the body, to the breath, to the quiet whispers of intuition that often go unnoticed in the rush of daily life. The space will be infused with the delicate scents of rose, lavender, and clary sage—oils known to soothe the nervous system, open the heart, and create an atmosphere of deep nourishment.
