Hi everyone, and welcome to my website! I’m so glad you’re here.


Here is a little bit about me:


My background is working in the G.A.A for 20 plus years. 


Having found the world of Yoga and Wellness along the way, well, that pretty much was that for me, I just haven’t looked back. I came across my very first Yoga class about 17 years ago feeling quite anxious and stressed and it pretty much was a game changer for me.


And now, I cannot believe I get the opportunity to now share my love of yoga with others.


My approach: For me it was important to show that Yoga can truly be for everybody, we do not need to be a certain age or size to practice, the experience is yours and the time is yours. Having an understanding of why we are doing certain poses, and listening and feeling into the body, knowing and accepting that we will all look very different in our practice as our bodies are all very different, I’m not a one size fit’s all type of teacher. Yoga is accessible for us all.


What I Teach:


I teach Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Restorative Yoga and I’m also a Reiki Practitioner. 

I like to fuse together different styles of Yoga into each class. Not just focusing on the ‘poses’ or ‘shapes’ of Yoga but meditation, breathe work, Yoga Nidra and every other positive experience yoga can offer.


Although I love all types of Yoga, I know I naturally lean more towards Yin, which has very much become my passion over the last few years.


There is something about the stillness, the quiet and slowing it all down that Yin gives to me, and the chance to listen. To really listen, to what I need.


I teach Yin- Hatha - Vinyasa & Restorative Yoga in Studio and also Monthly Yin Workshops in Studio.

Very much a functional approach, which is tailored to address individual needs. I now have two 'Find your Community' 

Yoga classes, one in Killester and one in Clongriffin. These classes embody a spirit of connection, with a welcoming community for all. 

I love to create the peaceful atmosphere for all my classes. With props in place, the less for you to do when you arrive except settle in, it’s almost like inviting you to my home, and I feel it's important to create a welcoming and safe space.  


This is where the idea of creating ’The Yin Room’ was born. 


To bring the experience online from my home to your home, once a month you can join me, your camera can be turned off, if you prefer, and you can take your class on your mat or on your bed for these evening online classes. Your choice. You can create your own little Yin Cave in your home.


The Yin Room online class is available monthly, creating that escape mentally from the stresses of life. Experience Yin Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Nidra through 'The Yin Room.'
