I understand that group classes aren’t for everyone and a private setting might be where you thrive.
This is especially helpful if you are just starting out on your Yoga journey or for anyone coming back from an injury, and those who might be concerned about safety.
Prescribed Therapeutic Yoga for YOUR body alone, Private Sessions can be an ideal way to introduce you also to dive into the beautiful layers of Yin Yoga, and gain initial experience in a safe environment.

Alternatively, if you want to deepen your practice, having some dedicated one to-one attention can help to broaden your learning.

Experience Yin Yoga through the Yin Room
In this Yin class prepare to thoroughly deeply and blissfully unwind the mind and body, discover the benefit of using all of your props from bolster cushions, blocks and straps, Yin Yoga is a complimentary balancing practice that allows us to stimulate and exercise the Yin aspects of our physical, energetic and psychological bodies.

When we practice Yin yoga, on a physical level we’re trying to access the deeper tissues of the body, and many Yin yoga poses focus on areas like the hips, sacrum, and spine. Be sure to let me know about any recent injuries so that I can offer you some modifications.

Start your Friday morning with intention and grace by joining our Rise and Shine Gentle Morning Flow.
This 45-minute class is designed to welcome everyone, whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or you’re a seasoned practitioner. As a Functional Yoga Therapy teacher, my aim is to create a practice that’s accessible to all bodies and abilities, focusing on gentle movements that open your body and calm your mind.
This Hatha Flow is the perfect way to begin your day, setting you up with a positive mindset and a body that’s ready to take on whatever the day may bring.
In this class, we’ll move through a series of gentle, mindful poses that promote flexibility, reduce tension, and enhance overall well-being. By practicing early in the morning, you can enjoy the numerous benefits of yoga, including increased energy, mental clarity, and a sense of calm that will carry you through your day.
Whether you’re heading to work, dropping the kids off at school, or simply enjoying a day off, this class will leave you feeling more open, centered, and ready to embrace the weekend ahead. Come as you are—no prior experience necessary. Just bring your mat and an open heart.

Yang Flow Yoga to Yin Practice
We’ll begin our class with grounding and checking in, creating space to connect with ourselves.
Our practice starts with a slow warm-up that transitions into our Yang flow, building some heat and building our strength.
After this active part of the class and please don’t worry this class is designed and tailored to suit everyBODY, we’ll move into the Yin phase—slowing down with longer-held, deep stretches, focusing on releasing tension and cultivating stillness.
This class is accessible to complete beginners and those looking to refresh their practice, and it’s a wonderful way to ease into your weekend.
