Thursdays 7:15 p.m. Find Your Community Yoga Yang Flow Yoga to Yin Practice We’ll begin our class with grounding and checking in, creating space to connect with ourselves. Our practice starts with a slow warm-up that transitions into our Yang flow, building some heat and building our strength. After this active part of the class and please don’t worry this class is designed and tailored to suit everyBODY, we’ll move into the Yin phase—slowing down with longer-held, deep stretches, focusing on releasing tension and cultivating stillness. Finally, we’ll settle into a blissful Savasana. Yoga is a beautiful tool to calm the mind and nurture our wellbeing. In this class, we prioritize self-care by being kind and accommodating to our bodies, mind, and emotions. Regardless of shape, size, age, or stage, this practice provides a foundation for self-love, self-acceptance, and non-judgment. Our practice also draws from principles of functional yoga therapy, where we tailor the movements and poses to suit our unique bodies. It’s not about fitting ourselves into a particular pose, but rather adapting the yoga to meet our individual needs. This approach ensures that each practice is safe, accessible, and effective for all, no matter where you are in your yoga journey. You are encouraged to modify or explore deeper, tailoring the practice to your unique needs. It’s your journey on the mat, and only you know what your body requires. This class deconstructs yoga in a practical and relatable way, focusing not on fancy poses but on building strength, flexibility, and mental clarity that you can carry off the mat into your daily life. We’ll use props to create more space in our bodies, and breathwork to center ourselves, combining movement with mindfulness for a balanced practice. This class is accessible to complete beginners and those looking to refresh their practice, and it’s a wonderful way to ease into your weekend. So looking forward to seeing you on the mat! 📢 Cancellation Policy Update 📢 To ensure the smooth functioning of our classes and provide the best experience for all our participants, we have updated our cancellation policy. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support in making our classes run seamlessly. We kindly request that all class cancellations be made at least eight hours before the scheduled yoga class. This change is essential to maintain the integrity and consistency of our sessions. Here’s how the new policy works: ✨ If you cancel your reservation at least eight hours in advance, there will be no charge, and your payment will be fully refunded. However, if you do not cancel within the eight-hour window, your payment for that class will be non-refundable you used a class pass to book your spot and didn’t cancel within the required time frame, the class will still be deducted from your pass and cannot be carried over We want to express our gratitude for your ongoing support and participation.
