A supportive Mentorship Journey for Newly Qualified & Returning Yoga Teachers
Service Description
This is not another training course or certification. It is an opportunity to connect with an experienced teacher who understands the challenges of beginning your teaching journey and can offer guidance, encouragement and practical support as you find your own authentic teaching style. Who Is This For? • Newly qualified yoga teachers preparing to teach their first classes. • Teachers returning after time away. • Teachers who feel unsure or overwhelmed about where to begin. • Teachers wanting more confidence, clarity and support in their teaching. Over the years, I’ve naturally found myself supporting newly qualified teachers answering questions, helping with class ideas, offering reassurance and encouraging them to trust their own voice. This mentorship grew from those conversations and my desire to offer the kind of support I wish more teachers had when they first began. Your Mentorship Includes • Personalised one-to-one mentorship sessions online or in person. • A safe, supportive space to ask questions and explore your teaching journey. • Guidance with class planning, sequencing, cueing and communication. • Support creating classes in your chosen style Yin, Hatha or Vinyasa. • A personalised class plan/script to support you through your first weeks of teaching. • Guidance on adapting your class plan so you can develop your own teaching voice. • A grounding practice and meditation script to support you before teaching or incorporate into your own classes. • Practical tools and frameworks you can continue to use as you grow. The intention is not to give you a script to follow forever, but to provide a strong foundation that helps you trust yourself and discover your own way of teaching. Mentorship Options Single Mentorship Session €75 75-minute one-to-one session Perfect if you need support with a specific challenge, upcoming class, sequencing or simply reassurance as you begin teaching. Step Into Teaching Mentorship Journey €195 Three 75-minute one-to-one mentorship sessions A supportive six-week journey designed to help you move from completing your teacher training into confidently stepping onto the mat. Together we will explore confidence, class structure, sequencing, finding your teaching voice and navigating the questions that arise as you begin. You’ll leave with a personalised class plan/scripts, grounding practices and practical resources that you can adapt and carry with you through your first weeks and beyond. I’d love to support you.
Cancellation Policy
MC Yoga & Reiki — Cancellation Policy (2026 Update) Classes (Weekly Yoga Classes) If you booked in for a class , and cannot make it, *24 hours* notice is required to cancel a class booking. If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice, and I can offer your space to someone else, your payment may be carried over and MUST be used within 7 days. If cancellation is not made within 24 hours, or if your space cannot be filled, the class is non-refundable and cannot be carried forward. Class Passes: A 6-class pass is valid for 8 weeks. A 10-class pass is valid for 12 weeks. Once a pass expires, it cannot be extended, carried forward or frozen. Please note: Additional buffer time is already built into each pass, so extensions are not possible. If there are extenuating circumstances, please contact me and we will discuss it together. *Workshops* Workshops require 48 hours notice to cancel. If cancellation is made with 48 hours or more, and I can fill your place, I can offer a refund or transfer. If cancellation is not made within 48 hours, or if your place cannot be filled, the booking is non-refundable. Workshop bookings cannot be carried over to the next workshop, except in rare, specific situations where discussed with me in advance. Reiki Appointments (1:1 Sessions) Reiki sessions require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in the loss of deposit. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations are subject to 50% of the full session fee, as venue cost and allocated time cannot be recovered. Retreats Retreats have a separate cancellation policy, which will be clearly outlined on all retreat information and booking forms. Why These Policies Exist These guidelines help cover studio rental, preparation time, travel, and the cost of holding your place.
