Summer Yin Reset : Stillness in the Sunfire The Only Yin Workshop of the Summer Friday, July 25th | Evening Reset In the heart of summer—nature’s most active and yang season—life is bright, busy, and brimming with outward energy. But even in this vibrant time, many of us find ourselves feeling overstimulated, scattered, or simply burned out. This is your invitation to pause. Join us for a special Friday evening Yin Yoga workshop—our only yin offering this summer—crafted to help you slow down, ground your energy, and return to your inner stillness. In this extended session, we’ll explore long-held, cooling yin postures to balance the heat and pace of the season. We’ll close with Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful guided meditation designed to soothe the nervous system and bring you back to center. This experience is open to all levels—no prior yoga or meditation experience is needed. Just come as you are and receive. Cancellation Policy We kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least *8 hours* in advance to allow us to manage bookings effectively. • If you cancel within this window, your payment will either be fully refunded or carried over for use within 7 days. • If you cancel less than 8 hours before the class or appointment, your payment will be non-refundable, and if you’re using a class pass, the class will still be deducted.
